Hi Ionela! 

"I'm angry. 

I'm really angry. It's just not fair. And it's hard. I mean really, REALLY hard. I feel stuck. And I just don't know what I should do next." 

As a long-time therapist, I hear these words of frustration from clients weekly. Whether it be in response to the behaviour of a boss, overload at work, looming potential redundancy fears, communication breakdowns with their partner, or other life situations that seem beyond their control. 

One option when we feel stuck or confused is to take advantage of "talking therapies" such as counselling, coaching, NLP or hypnotherapy. These approaches have the same intentions: to generate learning, insight and actionable outcomes to overcome a current challenge. Book a one-hour session to see if that approach would be right to get you unstuck.

Another option is to explore Mindfulness Mediation. Effectively, mindfulness & mediation combined with the Buddhist values-based principles you learn, help generate insight and wisdom. You get to know yourself better. It's really a kind of self-therapy. Join the next Mindfulness Meditation Course (and understand how mindfulness is actually different from meditation). Dates below. Or there's still space on next weekend's Mindfulness Retreat for a fast track to transformation. 

Both methods (individual and group) are designed to help you stay on track with creating a more values-oriented, authentic life.

Hypnobirthing Course

Helping women and their birthing partners to give birth confidently, and in control using breathing, relaxation, hypnosis and mindfulness. 


 

The ideal time to do a hypnobirthing class is between 25 and 36 weeks, this gives you time to practice and get to grips with the techniques. We teach people right up to 39 weeks, so don't think that you are too late to do a hypnobirthing class if you are over 36 weeks.  Rest assured that it will make a difference, and can be a lightbulb moment which changes the way you think about birth.
  

Training is facilitated by a qualified Mindful Mamma Hypnobirthing Teacher. The class costs £175 per couple. This includes class handouts and MP3s and the Mindful Hypnobirthing book, which will be posted to you on booking your place.

Our new Hot Yoga studio a few doors away in Shepherds Bush is progressing slowly, awaiting a council planning application to be returned so we can go ahead with the next stage.
