INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING THE PAPERS
The paper will be edited entirely in English, the
character spacing will be 1, using Justify option.
The maximum number of pages is 6, A4 format, using
the following page margins: left 30 mm, right 25 mm,
bottom 25 mm, top 25 mm.
THE TITLE OF THE PAPER(Times New Roman, 14
pt Capital letters, Bold, Alignment center). One blank
line.
AUTHOR(S) (Times New Roman, 14 pt, Bold,
Alignment center), followed by the scientific title and
institution (Italics). Two blank lines.
ABSTRACT (Times New Roman, 12 pt., Justify) No
more than 200 words. Write "ABSTRACT" followed by
a presentation of the paper. One blank line.
THE CONTENT OF THE PAPER Chapters (Times
New Roman,, 14 pt., Bold, Alignment left). One blank
line between them.Subheads (Times New Roman, 12
pt., Bold, Alignment left).One blank line between
them.The text of the paper (will be written in Times
New Roman, 12 pt, Alignment justify).
Equations, formulas, symbols. The equations and
formulas will be written beginning with the left side of
the page. They will be numbered consecutively. Using
the International System of Units and Arabic numbers.
Leave one blank line before and after each equation.
Photos, pictures and tables will be numbered
consecutively and centred on page. They should be
separated from the text by one blank line.
Conclusions will reflect the opinion of the author(s)
concerning the feasibility of the results presented. Two
blank lines.
BIBLIOGRAPHY (Times New Roman, 12 pt.,
Alignment left). Last name, first name initial, title,
publishing house, year. References should be numbered
and quoted in the alphabetical order in the text.
CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS
All accepted papers for which the Conference fee was paid
will be published in the Conference proceedings and
distributed to the participants of the Conference.
According to the Scientific Committee recommendations, the
authors of the selected papers will be invited to extend their
papers for publication in the following journals (some of
them are included in databases: EBSCO, IndexCopernicus,
IDEAS-RePEc), B+ type in CNCSIS classification:

The participation fee is 50 EUR. A participant may sign
maximum two papers. The Conference fee includes the
Proceedings, snack and refreshments during the session as
well as a Gala dinner.

Cultural association “Manifest” is launching the third edition of the international poetry contest “Art Attack”.
Cultural association “Manifest” is launching the third edition of the international poetry contest “Art Attack”. The festival uses engaged literature as a form with the possibility of affecting public opinion and introducing positive changes in the society. After two successful editions, the festival has spread across over twenty different countries around the world and was recognized by numerous cultural institutions in Croatia and abroad.
This year’s topic is “children”. The contest is open for authors up to 30 years of age who send their works (max 3 poems) in Croatian and/or English to the e-addressart.attack.fest@gmail.com. Closing date is March 15th, 2011.
The jury will choose 15 works which will be published in a bilingual poetry collection. Together with their works, authors are asked to send basic information about themselves: name and surname, date and country of birth as well as a short biography. Authors will be notified about the results by the end of March, 2011.

3. Marketing, Commerce and Tourism and a New Paradigm of Change
4. Banking, Accounting and Financial Systems from the 21st Century Perspective
5. Applied Informatics in Economy
PAPER FORMAT
Papers will be written in English and will be of maximum 10 pages long.
Papers must comply with the guidelines described in the IECS 2011 Template. The organizing committee reserves the right to reject submissions that do not comply with this format.
Participants can send either an individual paper or two papers in collaboration. The organizing committee will not accept papers with more than 3 co-authors.
All submissions are subject to a double blind review process. Papers will be evaluated for originality, significance, clarity, and contribution.
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the CD Conference Proceedings with ISBN that will be submitting for evaluation and coverage in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index by Thomson Reuters - ISI Proceedings.
Selected papers will be considered for publication in Revista Economică (http://economice.ulbsibiu.ro/rom/profesori/publicatii/revista_economica.php), a CNCSIS B+ Journal, indexed in RePeC, Ulrich`s Periodicals Directory, DOAJ.
